  1. This is a very user friendly photo editing software! I was able to make a 2017 photo calendar to give out for Christmas gifts in no time. Everyone in the photos NOW look amazing and have exciting backgrounds! As a beginner to photo editing I found this easy and fun to use! Can’t wait for my next project! Super fast shipping too!

  2. On the day I placed the order I received the registration key via Amazon Messenger and could immediately start editing photos. The software on CD arrived a week later in the mail. I couldn’t ask for faster service. Excellent! The program is very easy to understand. It’s put together in a very logical fashion, neatly arranged, and does everything I need it to do. I am impressed. Big thanks to the programmer for getting it right!

  3. I ordered this product on July 30th, 2017 and received it via email on the same day. I loaded the program within a hour of receiving it and decided to test it on a few photos I had previously saved on my computer. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I have not used all the function that the program offers yet but will in the future. I especially like the feature of batch resizing, adding text to photos and the photo touch up function of the program. The price is right at $24.95 and their customer service is excellent. I sent them a email with a question on loading the program to more than one of my computers and they responded within minutes. Can’t beat that service. I’m giving them a 5 star rating as this company has the customer satisfaction thoughts at the forefront of their business. Not many companies can claim that now days.Ed/Barb

  4.  I’ve been using Photoshop Elements since version 2 and I still believe it is the best photo-editing software there is for under $100. This is the software program that my digital photography and digital painting students purchase for the college courses that I teach.I’ve included a video that shows some of the basic features. Here is a brief index of what is in the video.0:00 The Three Major Editing Areas (Quick, Guided, and Expert)2:09 Create, Share, Filters, and the Organizer4:22 Demonstration of Editing in Each of the Areas6:25 Removing Objects from a Photo using the Spot Healing Brush7:23 Using the Color Pop Guided Feature8:37 What’s New in this Version (for those of you who already have Elements 15)Normally, I also include a segment on using Elements for digital painting–but I wasn’t sure if Amazon still has their 10-minute limit on video reviews and I ran out of time. In short, Elements is a great software for digital drawing and painting! If you are serious about editing photos this is the software program that I recommend. It does “most” of what the full version of Photoshop CC does. One of the nice features of learning Photoshop Elements is that there is a lot of free instructional materials on the internet–and it is relatively easy to transfer that knowledge to the full version of Photoshop if you decide that you want to subscribe to Adobe’s Creative Cloud. With the three different modes (Quick, Guided, and Expert), there is something for everyone from beginner to advanced. It is very easy to use the Quick and Guided features. The Expert mode can be challenging–but once again there are tons of free online materials to help you–plus there are lots of books. My favorite Photoshop books are by Scott Kelby. If you just want a fast and easy photo editor to use occasionally then there are many free options available on the internet. One of the best free editors is Sumo paint. For those of you who have earlier versions of Photoshop Elements and are wondering if it is worth the upgrade? Here are my recommendations.1. Either view the last segment of the video (starting at 8:37) to see how this version differs with Elements 15 or visit the Adobe site.2. I did try out the new “Open Closed Eyes” feature. For it to work well you also need a photo of the same person with their eyes open to be used as the “Eye Source”. If you don’t have a photo there are some “Sample Eyes” provided. Using the “Sample Eyes” provides some very humorous images.3. The “Replace Background” feature works better than I thought it would. If you find yourself replacing backgrounds a lot then you might want to consider upgrading.4. My best recommendation would be for you to download the 30-day free trial and see if the new features are worth it to you.I keep upgrading because I need to stay current for the college courses that I teach. Also, I like having the most current version of Elements just in case someday Adobe decides to make it only available by subscription like they did with the full version of Photoshop.I hope you found this information and the video helpful.

  5. Really like this program. It is very much like Adobe Lightroom and there is no monthly fee. I like it even better with photos than using Photoshop.

  6. I have used Picasa for many years. Because it is discontinued, I bought the Elements. It is easy to use. I am amazed and amused by the features of Smile Up and Open Closed Eyes; they help save many pictures. The skin tone adjustment helps me achieve good balance between the people and the background, and it is easier to use than Picasa. However, I like the Text function and the Straighten function better in Picasa. Well, you can’t have everything. The start up takes more time than Picasa. Overall I will still use Elements because of the Smile up and the eye opener functions.

  7. My husband purchased this and he finds it awesome. So many varieties of options to make a photo the best it can be. Photoshop is not a bad word nor is it spoken in a negative sense. I like enhancement. Not all of us are photogenic.

  8. I am new to photo editing so I’m sure there are a lot of features i don’t under stand or even know about. But i was able to figure out what I wanted to use it for very quickly and if you are new to photo editing and want something that can grow with you I would recommend this.

  9. I bought this to turn videos into gifs but it crashed my computer each time I tried to do that. I use Power Director to do that instead.
