A search engine can be thought of as the largest storefront of all time. But, it dispenses EVERYTHING (as example search engine for cars). You walk up to the counter (visit Google.com) and ask the magical clerk for search engine for cars (type in your search), you hit „go“ and off he runs back into the largest warehouse of all time to find search engine for cars.

5 Gedanken zu “about search engine for cars

  1. I bought this scanner for my 2006 GMC 3500 Duramax truck to monitor vital engine functions and check fault codes. Once I plugged it into the truck OBD2 portal and opened the android phone app and paring it to my phone, it began working immediately. I have been trying out a few of the many functions/readings available and it seems to be working quite well. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an OBD2 reader.

  2. Very simple product, binding code was 1234 for me. Once plugged in, I installed an app so I could read the data, in my case it was Torque Lite. The device supports a „fast read“ feature, which basically allows for more quick and accurate information displaying, if the app and vehicle ECU support it. All in all, plenty „bang for your buck“ at $10.

  3. I would have given this five stars had the information provided been more accurate. To be clear, bought the wifi version so I could use it with my iPad on a ’03, 2.3l Ranger. In addition to the mostly strong reviews, I liked that the recommended app for iOS was the free version of OBD Car Doctor…the free version of OBD Car Doctor is nearly worthless. Yes, it will identify the offending code and provide minimal data, but will NOT clear the code as implied in KitBest’s description. The pro version is needed to clear the code and get more useful data, but this version is $17 (not $0-$9.99). A huge amount of money? No, but for me it’s the principle, basing a buying decision on misleading information. The other recommended apps from KitBest received mediocre reviews so after much research and trial and error, I tried the free version of Car Scanner in the App Store. It clears codes, provides useful data and communicates well with the KitBest adaptor. It isn’t loaded with fancy graphics, but upgrading to pro is only $1.99.When (not if) I upgrade, will support the Car Scanner developer by sending him that $17 for providing a useful, functioning application right out of the box. In short, this adaptor works well with the right software. Just don’t take the product description at face value.

  4. It works very good on both my 2015 and 2017 GM vehicles. It did not work on my 2004 Pontiac Montana, but the seller quickly issued an apology and refund. It was determined that my 2004 Pontiac needed an ELM327 V1.5 firmware. This interface is an ELM 327V2.1 which was not compatible. They let me keep the scanner to either gift or use for my newer vehicles. Great customer service.
